WHY CHOOSE US?
We believe wholeheartedly that Waterspace Living can change your quality of life for the better. And it’s with this goal in mind that we set out to find you your perfect home on the water.
There are two ways we do this: firstly, we specialise in designing luxurious residential boats. Next, we make them available to you in the best possible locations. As with all home purchases, it’s this winning combination of property and location that makes a dream home.
You’ll also benefit from our extensive knowledge about life on the water as we guide you through the practical side of purchasing a boat, learning the ropes and settling in.
We’re here to help you see life differently from your extraordinary new home on the water.

Meet the team...

MARK BLACKWELL
Mark has been working in regeneration, leisure and waterways development for over 20 years. His first role was with British Waterways (now the Canal & River Trust) in the leisure and tourism development team in London, where among other projects he helped to restore the derelict Bow Back Rivers in London’s Olympic Park.
Mark went on to establish many new leisure, residential and commercial moorings in London including locations at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and on the Grand Union Canal. More recently in a senior role for The Canal & River Trust’s Waterside Mooring business he was responsible for managing over 4,500 mooring berths across 330 locations.

CHRIS HILL
Chris is an entrepreneur who has founded numerous successful developments and ventures using clear growth and exit strategies. Notably, he established a prestigious boat manufacturing business in Eastern Europe which he brought to MBO in 2013, and his UK projects include achieving residential planning permission on a challenging industrial brownfield site, before selling the site to a developer.
A specialist in delivering profitable projects on both land and water, Chris brings a valuable combination of experience to Waterspace Living. He has a sharp understanding of the commercial priorities for a development and how to realise its fullest potential. At the same time he offers over twenty-five years of experience in the marine industry, providing the in-depth market knowledge and perspective that is critical to the long-term success of any waterside development.
DO YOU HAVE A SPACE BY THE WATER?
We regularly partner with landowners, property developers and local authorities, and are currently looking for new sites to develop.
