Limehouse Waterside & Marina is an oasis of calm situated approximately half-way between the City of London and Canary Wharf. The metropolitan marina is operated by Aquavista – the largest marina operator on Britain’s inland waterways. Transport Limehouse Docklands Light Railway (DLR) station is immediately to the north of the marina and provides frequent services to Bank, Tower Hill, Canary Wharf and Greenwich. There are also bus stops on nearby Commercial Road which go to the City and Stratford.

Shopping Canary Wharf has an excellent range of shops which can be reached in 10 minutes by Docklands Light Railway (DLR) or a gentle 25 minute walk along the Thames Path. Local supermarkets are also located close to Limehouse Basin.
Entertainment
Entertainment There are many bars, restaurants and a cinema at Canary Wharf, as well as a number of good riverside pubs within a few minutes’ walk. Other local attractions include Mile End Park, Museum of London Docklands and Whitechapel Gallery.
Cruising
Cruising Exploring London’s extensive canal and river network is easy from Limehouse Basin. The Regent’s Canal is accessed immediately to the north of the Basin and winds its way over 8 ½ miles through East to West London. The route passes through Islington, King’s Cross, Regent’s Park, Paddington and on to Little Venice where it meets the start of the Grand Union Canal. From here you can continue on to Brentford and join the River Thames or travel north to Birmingham. Alternatively, cruising out of the Basin to the east along the Limehouse Cut will provide access to the Rivers Lee & Stort. From here you can explore the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park by boat or, enjoy the rich habitats and open spaces within the Lee Valley Regional Park.
